Mole/blood blister or what?!

My 5 yo has recently developed this on her foot. It’s very recent, it wasn’t there over summer and I first noticed it about a week ago.

I thought it was a blood blister at first but it’s exactly the same as it was.

Could it be a mole? End of toe seems a bit of a strange place to get her first mole?! She’s not bashed it or worn uncomfortable shoes.

I am a little bit concerned to be honest.

What do you all think it is?

It looks like a mole to me. One of mine's first mole was the sole of their foot. I know it was there by the 9 month check as the GP had a quick look at it and said it was fine.
