Nappy leaks

In the past few days my baby has leaked through her nappy.
I'm not using a different brand or putting it on differently so not sure why this is happening - shes wet through her clothes which has never happened before.

shes had a cold recently, not sure if it's related?

otherwise i'm baffled as to why she's leaking through - any ideas?

Dos she need the next size up? It's sometimes not noticeable how much they're growing when you're with them all the time - and before you know it they should be in the next pack size up - check that first
