Rash on 6 year olds ankles !!! Any ideas

Does anybody have any ideas what this rash could be on my sons ankles?
Any help is appreciated 👍🏻

It looks very like Pityriasis Roscea which by the way isn't a worrying thing at all...it's caused by a virus I think. I've had it myself as an adult though I think it's common in children.

Saying that...it looks itchier than PR....has he walked through any long grass recently?

He was itching it a few days ago but has done so since then, not walked through any long grass etc

Well PR can be itchy...I would see the GP. They can give you a cream for it.
