could any body please shed some light on what they think this is as my 7y/o is saying it's really itchy ? we have only changed one thing as she has really bad eczema . we have been trying the coconut oil ! any advice welcome .

Does it fade when you press it with a glass?

Even I think this is one for a doctor. Maybe go to the OOH chemist tonight if you can't get to a doctor somewhere. Looks like a good chance of an allergic reaction to me, but with it being all over the body, I'm not certain.
