7 month old bad cold

My 7 month old has a bad cold - the first day her nose was streaming and in the night she struggled through - the next morning she had a slight temperature but it went down in a few hours and she just sweated a lot.

we are on day three - shes had calpol but shes still has a runny nose and lots of mucus

her mood is changeable - shes a bit grouchy but can be cheered up quickly.

is there anything else I can be doing to make her more comfortable? more concerned about her nose - she keeps spitting her dummy out as she cant breath well with it in.

her nose is sweating but arms and feet are cold/clammy and she has a cough

Hi OP, I find baby vicks on the chest and soles of the feet help, we've also used the calpol vapour plug in, which while expensive, has helped a great deal.
I know what your going through, my 13m old has a streaming cold at the moment and lots of mucus (urgh)
