So my son (2yrs) got a few spots a while ago but they looked like bug bites so I didnt worry about it but now there are more and more of them but they're not bothering him in any way. They start of like bites and then turn to scabby blistery things but they're not puss filled, they're blood filled. Taking him to the GP ASAP but wanted to see if this was something other people had experienced while I wait for the next available appointment.
