I'm pretty sure she has a UTI-has wet herself 6x today-normally dry, only little wees each time, and crying in pain with the last 2 which were v strong smelling.
It's nearly 7pm so GP is obviously closed, will she be ok if I leave it overnight and dose with cal ppl.

I'd ring 111 and get an out of hours app - why risk leaving it

We are going through a UTI with DD2 just now and that's exactly what's been happening with her. I would probably do OOH especially if she has a temperature. Try and take a sample in some sort of container that you can sterilise so they can dip it. I really hope your DD feels better soon.

Thanks guys-her temp is normal & she seems to be sleeping happily, but will give GP a ring in the am if all is still not right.

She needs to be seen quickly. When DD had one at the same age my GP told me UTIs can become serious very quickly in young children. Take a urine sample with you.
