Constipation

Can anyone recommend an over the counter medication that I can try for my two year old. He does not suffer constipation normally but we are on holiday so thinking it's just a blip

Lactulose.effective but v v sticky. Consider leaving bottle behind when you travel back, or wrap in masses of plastic bags.

He is too young for Califig (syrup of figs) which is what I use for my daughter when required, but try a couple of dried apricots with breakfast. They work well too.
