Possible broken arm?

Hi, my 10 year old dd has been complaining alot about her elbow hurting. She fell off her friend's back 4 days ago and banged her arm on some railings. It's only a bit swollen. Quite bruised but still able to move her arm in full range of movement even if it hurts a bit. Can't tell if this is more to do with first wk back at school or actually properly hurt. When she broke her wrist it was obvious- looked weird and she screamed and screamed. Makes me think it can't be broken- any thoughts?

I would take her to a minor injuries unit. They may want to send her for an x ray/to A&E. I don't think breaks are always very painful or swollen.

It is possible that it is broken without it looking "weird" - the only way to know for sure is to get an x-ray

Yep as I said on another thread mine broke her wrist but carried on using it. Take her for an X-ray.

Thanks guys, that's my thought, will take her to minor injuries
