My DD 3.5 has had a bright red angry looking rash on her forearms only for 3 days now. It's confined to her arms only and isn't bothering her at all. We've been to the pharmacist and GP who have both said they think it's viral. She has no other symptoms but it looks like it's spreading to her face now.
GP gave her some piriton but I don't want to give her this as it makes her hyper. (DH took her to Drs and forgot to mention this!)
Any ideas? It feels quite hot this morning- we're off on hols on Wed so want to sort it out before we go.
