What the hell is this?

So I had just put my 9 month old on her pushchair and noticed her toe was really red and when I likely closer it looked blistered. This was about 2 hours ago and it looks worse now. Like a full on burn or something. She's not noticed it so I don't think it is hurting her especially.

Any ideas?

Looks like hand foot &a mouth to me (not an expert) check for similar on her other toes & fingers.

Could be the start of hand foot and mouth disease. Blisters on palms of hands (and sometimes arms) soles of feet and round the mouth.
Can be nasty and painful and a risk to newborns.

That's my thought. She's just napping now. It was not there 5 minutes before and just popped up out of nowhere. I'll give her an all over check when she wakes up.
