My son had a cold and was constantly picking at his nose and then got a nose bleed after running into a pole so i think the blood dried up and between that and the picking he seems to be bunged up all the time and constantly picking so the nose never heals.
Any advice on how to tackle it? I tell him to stop picking but he is 4 and has selective hearing. Im sure after a spell of no picking it will all heal up but thats the challenge.
