Feet and walking 13 yo

My youngest son 13 has always walked with his feet out turned i.e. 10 to 2 iykwim. I recently threw a pair of school shoes away and noticed how worn they were on outer edge particularly on the heel. Is this something I should be concerned about and if so who do I take him to see?
He has also recently started to complain of his knees hurting but not sure if this is connected as he does play/ train as a goalkeeper 3 times a week.
Any advice appreciated.

I'd ask the GP, sounds like he probably needs orthopaedic insoles. If so, then the sooner it's corrected the better to prevent knee and hip trouble for later in life otherwise

It's a bit late, you really should have had this corrected years ago. Take him to get insoles and make sure that he makes a concerted effort to walk properly from now on.
