Slapped Cheek

My Ds had this a couple of weeks ago - classic obvious red cheeks followed by rash over his body. It had been round his school so not unexpected. DH and I also had joint pains and itching so guess we got the adult version. Dd aged 3 didn't have any symptoms at the time but we've been keeping an eye on her. This last couple of days she has had spots appear on her face, they look like how ds's started except the red cheeks haven't developed, they are confined to one area and she doesn't seem otherwise unwell. Does anyone have any experience - could this be slapped cheek but presenting differently? I was convinced but starting to doubt myself.

She had chicken pox a year ago and does not seem itchy.
