Normal toddler tummy or something else?

This is my DS, just turned 3, after eating 1.5 weetabix biscuits and 1.5 cups of milk for breakfast. His appetite in general has decreased recently. A year or so ago he would quite happily polish off 3 or 4 biscuits then ask for toast afterwards. He wakes up with a flat tummy and has this size tummy for most of the day. He is very windy, farting lots (and obviously finding it hilarious!) especially when waking up and at the dinner table. I'm not asking for medical advice, just wanting to know if this is normal toddler pot belly or there's something else going on to explain the bloating and I should visit the GP? Do your children's tummy's look like this after breakfast?

1.5 is a more normal portion for a toddler. 3-4 Would be a bit much. Don't know about the tummy though

Does he have diarrhea or constipation? Could be a lactose intolerance or wheat intolerance?
Does he get bloated after eating anything or just breakfast type foods?
My niece is a similar age and has a bit of a bloated belly too and farts a lot so it could just be an age thing

Nope neither really. His poos have always been on the softer side but not diarrhoea. It seems to be after every meal, but he is a big fan of pasta and bread so he probably has wheat for most meals. I'll give it a few weeks and see if it's any different then. He's his normal active self so maybe it's just one of those things!
