Apologies for the lack of photo, I haven't been able to get a clear picture.
I have two DDs, age 6 and 9. A few days ago, both of them came out with a rash on their chests and back. Small, raised red dots, a little rough to touch, they don't seem to itch or bother them. This coincides with returning from holiday so I put it down to heat/reaction to Sun cream, sand, swimming pools etc. However, last night, DD1 for the same rash behind one ear and now both seem to have a few spots behind their ears. No where else that I can see and they're quite well in themselves.
I'm not worried as they seem well enough, but we do have plans over the next few days to see friends and I just wanted to check that this isn't likely to be something contagious brewing!
