5 month old chocking/coughing on dribble

Hello

For the last 3-4 weeks my now 5 month old keeps suddenly struggling to swallow her excess dribble. This results in her trying to gulp, then gasping for breath when she can't swallow, then coughing and clearing it. She never goes blue and is absolutely fine straight after but it is not very pleasant for me!! I thought she had grown out of it as didnt do it last week but it has started up again this week. Maybe once a day she does it?
Do I need to ring health visitor/ doctor? Or is it just too much dribble from teething that she will grow out of?
It's worse if she is sat up in her pram, it doesn't seem to happen when she is laid flat. Never at night (touch wood!). Always seems to be in her pram or bouncy seat.

Any advice appreciated!
