4 year old with body odour

Is this normal? Yesterday and today I have caught a whiff under dd's arms. She has had a bath in between and washed and she still smells this morning and it's a proper grown up bo smell.

She does currently have slapped cheek and wondered if it was a side effect of being poorly, she was very active yesterday as well.

Do I need to make a gp appointment or wait and see if it goes when she's better?

Wait until she is better then if its still there I'd take her to the doctors.

Thanks Keeping. She's never smelt before so I'm hoping it's just because she's poorly and/or due a growth spurt so hormones.

Will give her a week then see how it is.
