sorry#
I copied to paste as I've never heard of them and posted instead of GooglingGrin

I used to put a few bits of sticky label over the light so it's not so bright, mostly works.

Have now bought a cheap aromatherapy diffuser from Amazon though (c£12-15) and an essential oil blend for stuffy noses, which does the job nicely and much cheaper than Calpol refills.

We use an air diffuser like Fruit, with baby olbas oil.

I tape over the light! Or lean a book or something against it to cover it. I find that the 3 months + vapour rub on directly on LO chest and back works as well. I think you can also put some in hot water to produce steam?

The Vicks kids patches are good. I stick one on DD's pyjamas and they last 8 hours.

I use a plaster on it with the padded bit over the light. It doesn't block the light completely but works well enough.

Thanks guys the vapor does the job so will get sm tape out. 😀
Il have a look at the diffusers too

I actually prised open the light cover and used some pliers to pull the wee light out. Don’t know why I never thought of it before. Works just like you would expect it, without the completely unnecessary light :)
