Strange rash on ds

Just noticed this rash on the tops of my ds's arms and a bit on his thigh. Raised white bits. He is fine in himself. Any ideas what it could be?

Looks like hives. Is it itchy?

Mmmm he did keep trying to scratch it when I was taking the photos. Should I give an antihistamine? He's nearly 4.

Yes give him an antihistamine and see if that helps.

Didn't have any. Went to boots and saw pharmacist. Came home to administer medicine. Rash had gone.

Bloody kids man.
