Baby has a crossbite

Her bottom teeth come out infront of her top teeth.

Is this likely to correct itself in time as she grows (currently 11months). Could it cause issues with speech/eating/comfort?

If it doesnt correct itself, can it be corrected and how?

Not entirely sure if its a cross bite, maybe an underbite. Not sure.

Can definitely be corrected by orthodontist but may resolve itself well before then.
