Bee Sting

Dd got stung by a bee on her wrist about 4 weeks ago. It got infected and she had a course of antibiotics. It was still itchy for about another week after that. Today it's come up again after she was playing with some soapy water (raised bump at the sting site, itchiness).
Is that normal so long after she was originally stung?
Starting to wonder if she's allergic to bee stings (it was the first time she was stung) and that's what's causing it?
