Rash question please

DD1 who is 6 started with a rash on her torso yesterday morning, no temp well in herself. Planning a trip to GP or walk in but wondering if anyone has any idea what this is?
She's had chicken pox before, scarlet fever etc sure it's not that.
DD2 who is 3 has a few of them but only 2/3, she's also already had chicken pox

With rashes the first thing I think about is recent changes in bubble bath, shampoo or washing detergent. Could it be an allergy to any of those?

I've actually changed bath soap so it could be that? I'll keep an eye on it. She doesn't seem bothered by it at all and it goes when I press so I'm not too concerned right now. They both do have sensitive skin so hoping it's just that

Yes, it could easily be that. It might be worth changing back to your usual brand and seeing what happens. Obvs if it spreads or doesn't seem to be going down then get it seen smartish though.

Looks like my son's eczema. His comes out as spots and can be flared by soaps etc. If she is otherwise OK in herself I wouldn't worry unless it gets worse etc.

We ended up taking her the walk in and they said it's nothing to worry about (they couldn't really say exactly what it was) but they gave her a thorough exam and other than her throat looking a little red she's fine.
