Hi hoping someone can offer some advice please! My DD has started vomiting at teatime over the past few of weeks. She is generally a good eater with a varied diet and healthy. She has started vomiting for up to 15/20 minutes, basically emptying her stomach and then afterwards is right as rain again? The first time I just put it down to eating too much throughout the day/feeling full but it happens every few nights and I'm unsure what could cause it. She has no other symptoms and isnt unwell, the only thing of note is that she has been more thirsty than usual today and has had a lot of water but also had breakfast/lunch and was at dancing this morning. Has anyone experienced this? Should I be concerned? Thanks!

My friends dd has been diagnosed with abdominal migraines, it caused vomiting. It's very rare.
