Shampoo for sensitive skin

Hi all, my DS (8) has skin which is prone to ezcema flare ups, severe when he was little but much better now, just a few sore patches in the heat. I am currently using Salcura bioskin junior shampoo but would like to try something different as it doesn't really get his hair very clean. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Eucerin Dermocapillaire.

I'm afraid I don't have any suggestions but I'll be watching with interest as we have just realised (bit of a Doh! moment) that the ezcema flare ups on DD's back are triggered by shampoo.
We've tried the Body Shop rainforest range of hair products - which have been brilliant for her ezcema but leave her hair feeling sticky to touch.
We are just starting on Kind Natured Apple shampoo in the hope it is less revolting on her hair.
But we are getting a bit desperate TBH.

Child's Farm range is amazing

PosiePootlePerkins · 17/07/2017 20:16

Ooh replies! Thank you Smile Will look at your suggestions. Perspicacia it is tricky isn't it, DS has thick hair which doesn't help. Good luck with your search!

My DD's itchy dry scalp was cured by the body shop's banana shampoo and conditioner. Worked really fast too!

Laverà Neutral range is what we use for eczema prone skin

Try Faith in Nature, no SSL. I find Child's Farm shampoo quite harsh, disappointing.

h&b dr organics olive oil shampoo.

This is expensive, but a little goes a long way, and it cleans my hair very well without triggering my allergies. The matching conditioner is even nicer.

PosiePootlePerkins · 17/07/2017 20:56

I will be looking at all of these suggestions thanksSmile

Might not be suitable as DDs eczema wasn't ever terrible but I used the children's Simple range (shampoo and body wash) on her with no ill effects.
