What are these spots?

I know they're probably harmless. She's had them a few months but my mum who's a nursery nurse (previously trained as a paediatric nurse ) said they're fine but what are they?

Are they not just redness from her laying on her back all the time ? My daughter has something similar and I'm not worried at all.

They're more spots. She doesn't lie down all that much always wants sit or stand even though she can't haha I'm not worried just want to know what it's called

Googling suggests it's a sort of birth mark called a stork bite. Very common.
