I think so! With my girl it started on the chest and looked similar

Looks like it could be. Time will tell. If it's the pox more and more will appear but to me that looks like it could well be.

My son had them last year. He came home from school with three spots. No more before bed but by the morning he was pickled!

He's already had then this year in February.. I thought you could only get them once x
