Does anyone know what these might be? DD, 9 months old, keeps getting these raised red bumps with a yellow head. They tend to crust over, but that might just be because she scratches them at night. I think they must be a bit sore and quite itchy, I have to keep her in scratch mitts overnight.
They look a bit like bites but I don't think they are, as she only gets them on her head, and no one else in the house has them.
