Head sweating?!

My 5 month old sweats a lot and it seems to all come from her head?

There was a ring of sweat left in her cot the other day around her face! She seems okay in other ways though just wondered if this was normal?

Thanks

I'm not a doctor and you should always ask your HV or GP if you're worried....but loads and loads of children are weirdly sweaty sleepers, it sounds perfectly normal to me.

If her back/chest doesn't feel hot and she's dressed appropriately for the temperature I wouldn't worry. Maybe try one less layer when sleeping and see if that makes a difference?

My DD is quite a hot baby, she sweats from her head when feeding and I tend to dress her in slightly less than the guidelines for sleeping.

Should have added, worth mentioning to HV or similar just in case because I'm not a medical professional!

Take a layer off?

Overheating can be dangerous, could she be too hot?
