What are these spots?

Ds (2) has had these spots since yesterday, he's definitely got more since then but not sure if is chicken pox or something else.
Some of them have a yellow head on but others just look red, don't think it's hand foot and mouth as none on his face/near his mouth at all, few on his arms but mainly on torso and legs.
Don't think it's a reaction to anything as I haven't used anything different and what he has eaten has been the stuff he would usually eat.
He is definitely under the weather but not concerningly so, just lost his appetite a bit and grizzly (but could also attribute this to teething)
The pics aren't very good as my camera isn't great and he won't keep still

The pics aren't very clear, but I'd go with chicken pox if there is a little clear blister on top, or some kind of bacterial infection if it is a cloudy yellow cap. I sometimes get crops of little pimples, not sure why, I just wash with antibacterial soap for a coup,e of days and they clear up.

Most likely chicken pox, though!

It's hard to see the pics but I'd go with chicken pox too.
