Rash all over arms and legs

I "think" it's slapped cheek as it's going around the class..but went to check on dd just now and the rash is covering her arms and legs.. so red and big! Don't know whether to worry or not! Do I call 111 for advice? She's not poorly or acting different.,just covered in a rash!!

Call 111 - I've found them good for mystery rashes in the past! (I.e.advising whether it's an out of hits job, or can wait until morning)

Dd1 had slapped cheek all over her limbs. Big circular red spots-I initially thought it was sunburn. It only went to her face later. She looked terrible, but wasn't ill at all.
