Red bit in poop

Sorry if this is a little tmi! My dd (3) has just done a poo and a small part of it (about a quarter of a cm) seemed to be pink/red. It didn't look like blood, just part of the stool. I haven't noticed this before. She did eat a packet of sweets yesterday which she hasn't had before and she has be drinking a lot of bright red coloured summer fruits drink over the last week.

She is otherwise fine in herself apart from a runny nose and cough that we all have in our household.

Two poos within 15 mins?

Could it have been a bit of tomato or red pepper skin?

BetterEatCheese · 21/06/2017 18:48

Crayon?

Taylor33 · 21/06/2017 18:56

Well not two in fifteen minutes, it was about half an hour after she did the poop that I posted.

Wouldn't be crayons but it did seem more food based rather than blood. It wasn't "wet" If that makes sense
