Hi, my 10-month old dd has got terrible heat rash. It's all over her whole body - belly, chest, arms, legs and back. She's currently stripped down to her nappy, I've got the fan on and she'll be getting a nice cool bath later. Can anyone recommend anything for calming the rash down? I've been putting E45 on it but it doesn't seem to be helping. Dd isn't scratching. Thanks!
