Hi, my 10-month old dd has got terrible heat rash. It's all over her whole body - belly, chest, arms, legs and back. She's currently stripped down to her nappy, I've got the fan on and she'll be getting a nice cool bath later. Can anyone recommend anything for calming the rash down? I've been putting E45 on it but it doesn't seem to be helping. Dd isn't scratching. Thanks! Smile

Calamine is good...it doesn't clog the skin or encourage stickyness. It also cools and soothes.

Poor little thing. :(

Calamine! The best 80p you will spend!

Talc is good. You may need hydrocortisone for stubborn patches, but I'd check with a pharmacist first.

Thanks for the replies. I'll take a trip to the pharmacy today. She's still not scratching so it clearly isn't itchy but she's still covered and it's another scorcher today. ☉☉☉
