I think my 14 month old old has thrush (bright red nappy rash that she's had for a few days, in the skin folds, slightly bumpy and very sore looking). Does anyone know if I can I buy anti-fungal cream for a 14 month at a pharmacy or do I need to see the GP/practice nurse? If the latter, I will need to ring at 8am tomorrow to stand any chance of getting seen but if it's a pharmacist job I can go anytime tomorrow. If I go to the pharmacist and then find out I need a doc we won't get an appointment tomorrow.

Can a health visitor help? Do you have a local drop in clinic?
