Baby perforated ear drum?

DD2 who is almost 1, has woken up with a yellow/green discharge coming from her ear. She's had a cough/runny nose for about 4 weeks and about 3 weeks ago she had a viral rash. Other than that, there's been no sign of an ear infection until this morning when she woke up with a thick dried yellow discharge outside of her ear and a greeny pus sitting inside her ear. From what I've been able to find online, when pus is coming out of the ear it means the ear drum has perforated so the infection is able to come out and at that point there's no pain as the pressure has been released. So there's not much to be done? I can't get an appointment with the GP. Do I need to get her checked in a walk in clinic? Or is it one of those things that will just sort itself out?

She needs to be seen and have abs if needs be. Most surgeries will offer a same day appointment for this.

I can't get an appointment, or even a telephone appointment for today so I guess I'll have to go to a walk in clinic.

It should be fine. Happened to two of mine and no treatment was needed. GP checked the first one but said it was unnecessary.

Doesn't need antibiotics unless still very ill! I always found the burst ear drum was the beginning of them being totally well.
