Hi everyone, I'm a first time mum so every time I see something on my daughter or if she does something, my first thought is "is that normal?". So, I was changing my dd's nappy this morning and noticed that she had a little flap of skin on her perineum. I've never noticed it before. It doesn't seem to cause her pain. Is it normal??

Have had a Google and it could be infantile perianal pyramidal protrusion. Has anyone had this or dd's had this? Did it require treatment? Thanks.
