Pus filled spot on baby's foot

Any HCPs around? 9 mo DD has a pus-filled spot on her heel (see pic). It's been there since yesterday but doubled in size today. If it was on me I'd squeeze the pus out, but she won't let me near it.

I assume it's nothing to worry about, but are there any circumstances where I should seek medical attention? Thanks

I might be tempted to get someone to have a look at it, OP, you don't want it getting infected.

That looks exactly like the first chickenpox spot that appeared on DS , only his was on his scalp. But if it's been there since yesterday and hundreds more haven't appeared, I doubt it's that!

I'm pretty sure it's not chickenpox - DS had chickenpox and it looked quite different. This spot is much more yellow-white in colour, it was hard to get a good photo. Thanks though!

Might be that something has got under the skin and it's infected? (I'm not medically trained in any way though!) Worth checking - when our DS was 6 months he got a small pus filled spot where I had accidentally cut one of his fingernails too short and he had to have antibiotics.
