Do these chicken pox look normal?

Do the borders around these chicken pox on his arm especially look normal?
A couple on his back also have this.
He had an infected one on his scalp, it was pussy and hot but has now scabbed over.
He seems a lot more poorly today (day 5 I think) and he's only 6 months old if that helps at all.
Haven't experienced a child with pox yet so not quite sure what's normal and I was too young when I had it to remember!

Did he get antibiotics for the infected one?

We were given a prescription (on a Sunday at out of hours) and told if it started to look worse the following day then to begin treatment. By the following day it started to look a little less grim though so didn't collect the prescription.
Do you think I should?
