Dead Sea salts and chicken pox?

Just a little bit of advice I anyone's around?
My Dd 9 has the dreaded chicken pox at the minute started Sunday and I guess it's a mild version so far around 50/60 spots not itching but do look quite sore and angry especially as half of the amount are on her face/neck.
Someone I'm friends with suggested having a bath with Dead Sea salts???
Anyone know anything about this? Advised?

No idea about Dead Sea salts but camomile gel is much better than the lotion. I hope your DD skips the itchy bit!

Bicarbonate of soda is good.
