Teething

My son of 18 months has 6 teeth coming through and is not interested in food at all. Has a temp of 38 and a pin prick rash in small areas over his body. Any one else experienced a rash when there child has been teething?

I've never seen a rash on DD while teething. Get it checked out, just to be in the safe side.

DS is 6.5mo and had a pin prick type rash on his torso and upper arms from about 5mo. Doctor confirmed this to be a teething rash. I would still recommend checking though just in case

I forgot to add that he does get symptoms of a viral cold with every tooth that has ever come through. Snotty nose, temp, and red ears. I presuming it's a viral rash as he is playing and being his usual crazy self. Napped early on today and then awake for 7 hours before bed
