Sand rash ????

Hi everyone had a beach day after playgroup and when giving ds a shower after the beach I noticed he had a rash thing on his knee he did graze it today idk if it's a sand rash or just red from grazing it (pic included) it's just on one knee I should say he does have excema

Yes. Probably a bit of both.

Sand can cause grazes as it consists of sharp, exfoliating little pieces of rock and glass.
