Reaction to immunisation or something else?

My one year d had her 1 year immunisations on Friday and has been whinging and had a intermittent temperature (37.9) since. Occasion she is touching her ear but never when whinging. I think I need to get her checked out my doctors tomorrow but I am concerned I am over reaction.

What would you do?

Get her checked for peace of mind. My baby had temp 2 days after and it happened to be a bad UTI- injections were a red herring- dr told me that any temp after 24 hours of having jag should be checked x

Thanks. We took her to the doctors last night and the dr is unsure if she has an eye infection as her ear was partly blocked with wax. She has given her antibiotics.
