Baby' first cold - any tips to get us through the night?

My 6 month old has his first cold. Since he went to bed two hours ago, he's already been up crying every 15-20 mins because of his blocked nose and cough.

I know there isn't much I can give him, but here's a supermarket v close. Any tips?

Anything good work for your little one?

Vicks on soles of feet.

Raise the head of his bed/cot.

Cuddles in a steamy bathroom/humidifier.

Karvol drops on sleeping bag/muslin tied to something nearby.

Nasal drops.

Lots of cuddles.
