3 year old sick a lot

My 3 yr old ds is vomiting at least 3/4 times per month, is constipated, constantly fighting off fevers and complains of pain in his legs, he also had night sweats where his hair is literally wet. Has anyone any idea what the problem could be. This has been going on for at least 12 months???

has he started nursery/preschool since this started? (just because young children are germ bombs)

have you been to the gp?
sounds like some things need to be ruled out like allergies or coeliacs disease

Hi, No he's still at home. If it were allergies would he be getting fevers!!
