Docs or not - dry nappy

7 month old just woken up having been down for almost 10 hours over night and her nappy is completely dry. Completely. Not "not very full" or "only a bit wet", dry. She fed as normal yesterday, was her usual self. Doctors? Or wait and see how today goes? Google hasn't helped with this one!

If she is otherwise healthy give her milk and wait an hour or two

Crumbs1 · 20/04/2017 06:58

Yes wait if she is otherwise we'll. give her drink and bath and she'll probably flood the place.

NicAndNick · 20/04/2017 07:08

If she seems happy then wait until after breakfast. If she still hasn't gone in an hr or so then call GP. If she seems at all unwell then I would call out of hours.

Thanks team! She fell back to sleep till 9, but we've had a veritable flood after second feed! Phew!
