Help me identify this rash please?

My daughter is 6 - not poorly apart from a slight cough but I've just noticed a rash on her feet - it's nowhere else. It's not raised at all.

Any thoughts?

Has she been running around bare foot? Could be an allergic reaction?

My DS skin flares like that if he wears new socks, or his shoes rub but it's hard to tell from a photo. Is it on the surface of the skin or under the skin
