Scarlet fever

Hi, gp says my son has scarlet fever but I noticed different type of rash by his nappy.

Is this chicken pox?

Those spots look more the infected type....not clear fluid filled blisters but like green pus....it could be a reaction to the scarlet fever.

I would keep a close eye on them and make sure the area stays clean and dry. If they worsen go back to GP.
