Feet question!

My DD has been suffering with really painful ankles and soles of her feet. She has been to the GP and is waiting for a referral to see orthopedics. While we are waiting I was wondering if any MNM could cast their eyes on the these pictures and give me your verdicts?
DD is aged 11yrs. Pain has been going on for about 12 months.

I am in no way an expert but could she be flat footed?

Not flat footed she apparently has a good arch. Claw toes I think. I am wondering what I can do while we wait for this appointment.

Her toes look pretty clawed in the profile pic, do they normally look like that?

I'd guess she has some sort of muscle weakness / alignment issues?

What sort of shoes does she usually wear, and does she get a lot of barefoot time?

She has always worn Startrite shoes, measured frequently etc. Yes I think her toes have always been like it. I have questioned it with the GP a few times (yrs ago) and they weren't interested so I have simply left it. However, I think its the cause of all the pain now but not too sure.
i have no idea when we will get this referral and I am loathed to go privately as its awfully expensive (of course she t worth it) but I want to get the right diagnosis first.
