My DS2 is 4, nearly 5 and I have noticed the end of his penis is a bit sore. I remember my DS1 having a urine infection around the same age and the doctor said that his foreskin was a little tight, gave some cream and said to gently try and pull it back during bathing etc.
Anyway I asked DS2 if he could do it and explained how and there is no way he could pull it back so that the end of the penis showed. Is this normal? Do I need to take him to the doctors as it is quite red from time to time and do not want it to start causing bother but I also do want to make a big deal over it.
