Is nausea something to worry about?

I have a 6 year old daughter who has complained of feeling sick a few times but no other symptoms. Eats loads and sometimes pale. I am a worrier so think I may have lost control on this a bit Hmm

Could she be anxious? One of my DDs says she feels sick when she's actually worried about something.

I find that if I then cosset her a little, cover her up with a blanket say...on the sofa...and get her a drink/snack and give her a cuddle, she will open up.

I might say "What are you thinking about? Anything nice?" and she'll say "No" and I can then say "Anything horrid?" and then it will come out.
